Introducing architecture
construction section of the
company
 
The department of
architecture started its
first official work with 72-
unit residential complex of
Farazab employee's housing
project in 1994 and
subsequently got involved in
projects like recreational
and touristy complex of
mineral waters in East
Azerbaijan and Ardabil- most
of them implemented and in
use.
Parallel to mentioned
projects, designing and
implementing several
residential units in Tehran
province and the neighboring
provinces and also several
industrial projects, besides
taking part in internal
architectural competitions,
designing Elahie residential
complex in Tabriz and Vanak
residential-complex in
Tehran, designing Shabnam
administrative and
commercial tower, 272 and
294 units residential
complexes of Tabriz medicine
order, design and
implementing 468 units
complex of Tabriz
petrochemical company,
physical design of Tabriz
Nezam- Pezeshki (medicine
order) street at 180,000 m2
built area, Tabriz
Defa-e-Moghaddas (the holy
defense) park–museum at 90
hectares, Tabriz cultural
and cinematic complex,
Tabriz stock exchange
institute, residential,
welfare and servicing
complex of Kish industries
investment and house
corporation at 120,000 m2
built area, Kish coastal
city at 340,000 m2 built
area and several other small
and big projects have been
among the continuous
activities, that the
architectural unit of this
company has been honored to
assemble and represent them,
hoping to be able to grant
much more valuable and
deserving works to the
architectural society of
Iran as one of the most
powerful and diligent
technical and engineering
complexes. It is necessary
to mention that parallel to
internal activities,
exporting the engineering
services to middle Asian
countries like Kazakhstan,
Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and
Belarus have been among the
other activities of this
department which defined as
participating in investment
affairs and consulting
services.
